Bel Pasto@ Kepong

Speaking of Italian Restaurant, you might think of Italiannies but my friend recommended me this Bel Pasto at Kepong, saying that they have the best Tiramisu~ =)

Walking in the restaurant, it gave me very ‘Italy’ feel~ Painting hanging on the wall, tartan tablecloth on the table…. No doubt this restaurant is run by an Italian.
The interior~

First of all, we ordered Deep Fried Mushroom as starter. The deep fried button mushrooms served with tartar sauce, fresh salad and potatoes.

Deep Fried Mushroom@ RM11.90

On top of that, pasta and pizza were ordered to be shared. Our choices were Spaghetti Bolognese and Pizza Bel Pasto.

The pasta is cooked with beef/chicken (your choice) in tomato sauce topped with Parmesan Cheese. The appearance might not be so attractive but the taste is good. And luckily it is NOT that cheesy^^

Spaghetti Bolognese@ RM9.90

Pizza Bel Pasto is the chef’s specialty pizza. The pizza is topped with mushroom, chicken/beef (your choice) and green pepper. The taste was just nice. I enjoy eating the thin pizza rather than those thick one at Pizza Hut.

Pizza Bel Pasto@ RM25

Cappuccino@ RM6.80

After a great meal, it was time for us to have the dessert – TIRAMISU~~

A classic Italian dessert made with sponge fingers dipped in espresso layered with mascarpone cheese.

My friend really didn’t cheat me cuz I really enjoyed the Tiramisu. It was so soft and superb~! =) MUST TRY!

Tiramisu@ RM8.90

Overall, the food is good, environment is nice, price is reasonable but just the service is a bit not satisfying.

Mill Wheel Ice Café炮兵冰品专买店@Kepong

If you are ‘ice-lover’, then you shall not miss this Mill Wheel Ice Café at Kepong. When I went into the shop, I was wondering why there were those ‘wok’ on customer table as I thought that is a shop of ice. I browsed the menu and only realized they got Big Wok Snow! I was totally attracted by its Big Wok Snow and I wanted to try the Chocolate Wok.

Chocolate Wok@ RM10.90

The Big Wok Snow was really served in a very big portion. Three scopes of chocolate ice-cream on the top with the Mango flavor snow. You can also find corn-flakes on top of it. The snow is very smooth and it is just nice! However, here is a gentle reminder that it will a hard to be finished by one person cuz it is really too big~!!

Lychee Snow@ RM4.90

The Lychee Snow is not bad too, the sweetness is just fine.

Triple Mix Plate(Regular)@ RM5.50

A very normal mix plate~ Prefer their snow ice =)

The design of the shop is very cute, small size of tables and chairs, good enough to welcome kids~

Feel free to drop by if you want something sweet and cute ^^
