Two weeks ago, Sunway studio was not opened yet when me and Ah Kit reached there. We later together with Melissa decided to go to Sunway Pyramid to hunt for our dinner 1st. We discussed for quite a long time about where to eat and the final decision was Ccozi & Friends.
It is a Korean Street Cafe located at Asian Avenue, very near to Shihlin Taiwan Street Snacks. The outlet is rather small and it's a bit hard for a group of people to dine in there. It looks more like a stall and you can choose to sit at bar stools as well.
I like the menu cuz it's very attractive and there is a photo of each meal where u can hv a preview of what r u going to eat later. As the name stated-Street Cafe, the menu is full of lots of road signs and it's cute~
Melissa ordered Vegetable Mixed Rice which came together with soup and Kimchi. According to her, she drank lots of water after taking the meal and she felt like mayb it's bcuz of too much of ajinomoto~
I always been told that Korean rice cake is very famous but I nvr try b4. So, I decided to take Korean Rice Cake in Chili Sauce with Noodle. Stated in the menu, The sauce is sweet and spicy and I chose the original one. After tasting it, I'd say the sauce is spicy + little bit of sweety. I do think that ppl who cannot eat spicy pls dun order cuz it's really spicy. However, I like it very much and the rice cake is not very sticky like Chinese rice cake.
Ah Kit also ordered same with me but he chose to add cheese on top. He couldn't finish it cuz he cant eat spicy and it was really like torturing to him..But the cheese did help him to ease the pain of spicy =p
Melissa and Ah Kit also ordered Grilled Chicken Bulgalbi in Teriyaki BBQ Chicken Sauce and Korean BBQ Chicken Sauce. The chicken sticks were really delicious and juicy!!
For drinks, Melissa told us that the Korean Tea is not nice cuz it is tasteless but Ah Kit and me still ordered it. Haha, I think it's bcuz of cheap and free refill ^^ You hv to refill yourself but it's very convenient cuz you can see the tea containers are everywhere near to you. Korean Tea is actually called Oksusu Cha which is made from boiled roasted corn kernels. Frankly speaking, I do like the taste cuz it's refreshing.
